Lost Serial Number

I just installed Pandora 5.6 over 4.x. I am pleased with the upgrade, but the software seems to have forgotten that I already registered it. Unfortunately, I lost my original serial number.

Can you look up my original registration? Or, should I just buy a new one?

The Pandora software has not forgotten the registration data.

The Pandora license is a "Series License".  The series license is valid for a particular version module and all previous modules.  For example, a Series 4 License is valid for all Pandora modules versions 4.x.x and lower.  

The Series 4 License will not work with a version 5 module so you must purchase a new license.

Installing a version 4 module over the version 5 module will work if you have not disturbed the Registration Data.
